Rachel is a Canadian CPA providing accounting, tax filing, and strategic tax planning services for individuals, self-employed professionals, and small business owners.
Rachel’s approach is practical, proactive, and long-term — not just filing returns, but helping you structure your finances in a way that saves tax, reduces risk, and supports your goals.
In addition to being a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Rachel holds the designations of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and Financial Risk Manager (FRM), offering clients an integrated perspective across accounting, investments, and financial risk management.
Community Involvement
A trusted presence in both the business and nonprofit communities, Rachel currently serves on the boards of the Greater Charlottetown Area Chamber of Commerce. She also served on the Immigrant & Refugee Services Association of PEI (IRSA), where she contributed nine years as Treasurer.
Outside of her professional life, Rachel enjoys golfing, dancing, swimming, and reading.
